Job description

Hays Italia, parte del gruppo multinazionale Hays, azienda quotata al London Stock Exchange, che offre servizi di consulenza in ambito Information Technology, con l'obiettivo di contribuire al successo e al progresso tecnologico delle persone e delle aziende, ricerca un DBA Oracle esperto per gestire e mantenere i nostri sistemi di database Oracle.


Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza nella gestione di database, ottime capacità di risoluzione dei problemi e una forte attenzione ai dettagli.


Responsabilità:

  • Installazione, configurazione e aggiornamento di software Oracle Database.
  • Monitoraggio delle prestazioni del database e ottimizzazione delle query.
  • Gestione della sicurezza del database, inclusa la creazione e gestione di utenti e ruoli.
  • Backup e ripristino dei dati per garantire l'integrità e la disponibilità dei dati.
  • Risoluzione dei problemi e supporto tecnico per gli utenti del database.
  • Pianificazione e implementazione di strategie di disaster recovery.
  • Collaborazione con sviluppatori e altri team IT per supportare le esigenze aziendali.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o campo correlato.
  • Esperienza comprovata come Oracle DBA.
  • Conoscenza approfondita di Oracle Database 11g/12c/19c.
  • Esperienza con strumenti di monitoraggio e ottimizzazione delle prestazioni.
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in team.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e problem-solving.

Preferenze:

  • Certificazioni Oracle (es. Oracle Certified Professional).
  • Esperienza con altre tecnologie di database (es. MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Conoscenza di scripting (es. PL/SQL, Shell scripting).
