How you can make a difference:

  • Execute shared and agreed objectives and strategies within Hamilton Medical that assist in the achievement of overall company goals.

  • Support the partners and/or customers in commercial activities.

  • Assess and evaluate partner performance and reconduct any underperformance.

  • Meet and exceed the sales plan for the area whilst maintaining profit.

  • Develop an understanding of the key issues and market potential in the area, with regular action plans and visits to partners and/or customers.

  •  Keep updated follow up of business through the CRM system, including: the Customer Database, Product Information and Opportunities.

  • Actively expand your experience and development.

  • Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of product(s) to secure new business both inhouse and field based.

  • Constantly seek out new revenue generating opportunities, to ensure company’s targets are met including regular visits/contact with existing and new partners and/or customers.

  • Provide firsthand feedback of competitive strategies and tactics, service quality, product usability etc.

That’s what you bring along:

  • Sales, technical, relevant clinical and biomedical background, preferably ICU or EMS

  • Have extensive experience in a medical sales environment in capital goods

  • Languages: fluent English and local languages of the area the role is covering

  • Excellent computer application skills, specifically MSOffice, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Full EU driver's license

  • Experience in sales in direct and indirect markets

  • Organizational skills

  • Market affinity and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Strong team player

  • Traveling to support partners and meet with customers

Financial:

  • Execute activities within the budgetary limits under guidance of the Sales Director Europe

  • Adhere to all financial competencies according to Hamilton Medical rules and regulations
