CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions is the global leader in IVF and reproductive genetics, providing innovative products, services, and training for every step in the ART journey and medical device.

Healthy women, babies, and families

At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit Two Regional Trainers- EMEA for our medical device portfolio. You will be part of a dynamic global team of trainers and work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as marketing, commercial and medical affairs. This position is remote, with preferable location in EMEA. A willingness to travel 50% of the time is expected in this role.

This role will report into the Sr. Global Training manager, based in Canada and have dotted lines to Regional Business Directors- EMEA and Sr. Director Global training.

Position

In this role you will be accountable for developing, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of all training initiatives and programs. You will implement training programs to ensure both direct and distributor sales representatives, as well as execute customer engagements programs to educate and train HCPs on CooperSurgical (CSI) technologies. In addition, this role will also work to identify and manage HCPs as potential CSI Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support CSI Marketing programs, enhance clinical Sales Training initiatives, and to support Professional Education events.

Through the training activities including visits in the field with sales colleagues, you will help ensure the quality of sales training in the field sales organization, given them greater understanding of customers behaviour, improves selling and negotiation techniques to support the growing business objectives for medical device portfolio. This profile will be giving input to the financial budget that ensures educational strategies and training programs align with the regional business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create, plan and facilitate sales and product training programs
  • Lead and implement effective customer training activities, workshop, etc.
  • Establish objectives and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the training activities
  • Manage training material and models
  • Provide input, support, and training for local affiliates
  • Identify and manage industry partners relationships


Qualifications

  • Bachelor or MSc in relevant Business, Educational, or Science
  • + 4-6 years of experience medical devices, preferable within Gyn/Obs
  • Solid experience from sales and/or training roles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Influential communication skills
  • Good networking and collaborative behaviour
  • Proven KOL and HCP engagement within Women’s Health perferred
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory, one additional European Language is a plus
