Job description

European Graduate Programme 2025

Join the Eurofins European Graduate Programme, to boost your career and become one of our future leaders. We take leadership seriously. We look for leaders who thrive on the freedom to make their own decisions but understand the importance of teamwork. We’re entrepreneurs, who understand we’re stronger together. As a participant of the programme, you will gain exposure, insight and experience across different areas of our business by joining a two-year paid rotation programme in 3 different European locations, starting September 2025

The Graduate Programme in a nutshell:

We offer you the opportunity to experience three assignments over 24 months in different functions and locations within Europe to start your career within our network. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop critical skills, and build a robust professional network in an international setting.

Assignment 1. 12 months – Country of application

Discover the Eurofins network and start building your professional network: Engage in business operations to get a comprehensive understanding of the entity you are working in. It will be a moment for you to familiarise yourself with our network of companies and connect with your new colleagues.

Assignment 2. 6 months – Country 2

Enhance your financial skills: Develop your knowledge in finance and profit & loss (P&L) analysis to strengthen your financial acumen. You will expand your professional network by working with colleagues from other entities.

Assignment 3: 6 months – Country 3

Drive change: Learn to apply lean methodologies, manage projects efficiently, and make important decisions to drive innovation and improvement within our companies. At the end of the European Graduate Programme, you’ll continue your Eurofins network journey by returning to your initial entity in a full-time role.

Qualifications

Education: Excellent educational background in science or engineering at Master’s level, completed by the time you join us in Q3 2025.

Language: Fluent spoken and written English and local languages are required, additional languages are a plus. Please note that we will offer you a full-time position with a compensation and benefits package based on local terms. You can check the language requirements per country and entity in the annex.

What do we offer:

Accelerated career development: During the programme, you will take part in at least 3 challenging and innovative projects within 2 or more entities. You will gain expertise in these industries and develop international business insight. You will also be exposed to business line leaders. International experience: Each of the 3 assignments will be located in different European locations. The rotations across locations and teams will give you the opportunity to grow a wide European network, while experiencing different cultures and approaches. Training and coaching: You will develop key skills associated with our leaders, such as technical and financial expertise, through project and change management, and more.

How to apply:

You should apply for the country (e.g. France, Germany) and entity (e.g. Food, Environment) where you would like to pursue your career after the Graduate Programme rotation is finalised. There is no application deadline. However, once the available slots are filled, we will stop accepting applications.
