Job description

Exactly what you'll do will depend on the project you join and the scope of support provided to our clients - project diversity will allow you to continually expand your Salesforce competencies, which you can confirm with passing certifications.

Your tasks

  • Salesforce declarative configuration resulting from user requests or development tasks within the system
  • Efficient handling of requests in one of the Service Desk tools
  • Performing data imports and backups
  • Creating and updating system documentation and manuals
  • Maintaining contact with system users, conducting training sessions
  • Cooperation with implementation teams serving Sii clients

Requirements

  • Hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its core features, including but not limited to: data and permission model, declarative application customization capabilities, automations (flow/approval process), validations, formulas
  • Experience using and administering third-party applications such as: Conga, Docusign, Get Feedback
  • Understanding of custom solutions, e.g. how triggers or LWC components work without writing code
  • Experience in performing administrative tasks in complex projects/instances while maintaining SLAs
  • Knowledge of the English language to communicate freely

Nice to have

  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, App Builder
  • Ability to work with code repository in CI/CD processes
