As a team of Coating Advisors, we bring value to our customers by offering technical coatings/corrosion protection solution, advice, management, technology and training of the entire coating process to accompany our best in class products and inspire confidence from the end user.

Now we are looking for Coating Advisor in Poland - to ground advising our customers - mainly in marine segment, on proper use and application of our technologies and coating systems following current regulations. You'll also be actively involved in looking after, supporting and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

You will be an ambassador for the brand and product lines by effectively communicating the features and benefits of all our products and solutions.

  • Provide technical advisory, inspection and support on all aspects of our technologies, to ensure that all applications are following our Product Data Sheets, working specifications, relevant technical and industrial standards, working procedures, and best painting/application practices
  • Generate accurate technical reports on projects and distribute them in a timely manner to our customers 
  • Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure on-going customer satisfaction
  • Train customers on the features and application of the products they purchase

Qualifications and competences

  • Previous experience as technical service representative/quality assurance/quality control is desired
  • Knowledge of the coating industry
  • Flexible and willing to travel regionally
  • Proficient in English and adequate computer skills (MS programs) 
  • FROSIO / NACE II certifications is nice to have
  • University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant is preferred

This role is based in shipyard area in Poland, same time can involve travelling around all northern part of Poland, depends on the customer. We are providing company car on this role.
