The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Ticket Processing: Receive and log parking ticket submissions through email and phone, ensuring every ticket is tracked and documented accurately.
  • Invoice Management: Update invoices after court decisions, preparing them for payment to the city or marking them as dismissed.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect payments from customers upon ticket submission and manage related financials.
  • QuickBooks Data Management: Use QuickBooks to enter data and manage financial records related to ticket payments and city dues.
  • Organized Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of all transactions and ticket statuses, without the need for phone communication.
