Job Title: Senior Change Management and Training Manager

Location: Remote

Job Summary

  • We are on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Change Management and Training Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is centered around an innovative Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI project. The perfect candidate will have a solid foundation in Change Management and comprehensive training. Experience in conducting training needs analysis, crafting detailed training materials, and independently leading training sessions is a must. This role demands exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the knack to simplify intricate technical concepts for a non-technical audience. Familiarity with training for prompt design for chat-based tools will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out detailed training needs analysis to pinpoint knowledge gaps and training needs for each LLM workstream.
  • Independently craft effective training materials for system rollout, including presentations, manuals, and other resources tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Confidently facilitate live LLM-based tool training, demonstrations, and break-out sessions, ensuring participants grasp and can apply the concepts related to LLM and Generative AI tools.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content suitable for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on training and support for prompt design, ensuring users can effectively interact with and utilize Generative AI tools.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project goals.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Change Manager on complex IT projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting training needs analysis and creating comprehensive training materials.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to independently lead training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in training for prompt design and familiarity with Generative AI tools is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications.
  • Certification in PROSCI or equivalent Change Management methodology.
  • Certification in training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
