The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and help scale our platform and create innovative features. You’ll be key in driving the development of new features and integrations while ensuring our products perform optimally for our growing customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems, working on innovative projects, and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new features within our Ruby on Rails application.
• Build and maintain integrations with other software systems in our industry.
• Manage and update our Chrome extension built with React.
• Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm strategies and implement solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and scalability of our codebase.
• Work closely with other developers to deliver high-impact updates and improvements.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• 4+ years of experience developing web applications.
• Strong experience with Ruby, Rails, and RSpec.
• Familiarity with MVC patterns and scaling high-load applications.
• Experience with SQL schema design and query optimization (we use Postgres).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong English proficiency with excellent remote communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with StimulusJS and Kubernetes
• Experience with data pipelines and OLAP databases
• Experience developing Chrome Extensions
