CX Operations @ Clay

As Clay's first CX Operations hire, you'll be the architect of our customer experience strategy. You'll design and implement systems that ensure every customer—from self-serve users to enterprise clients—receives an exceptional, personalized experience. Your mission is to build the infrastructure, set success metrics, and drive strategies that not only support our thousands of users but also directly contribute to our revenue growth.

Impact You'll Have
  • Build a Customer Health Score that's so good it makes data nerds weep

  • Turn our Growth Strategist team into a revenue-generating machine

  • Create expansion and churn risk signals that are basically customer relationship fortune-telling

  • Design and implement systems that maximize Clay's customer support efficiency

What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of experience

  • Prior SQL experience (good enough you can build queries on your own)

  • CX ops or RevOps experience

  • Experience working at a start-up 

  • Live in New York City (or willing to relocate)
