Job description

Overview:

Wrench Group is seeking a dynamic Digital Experience Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our web platforms, focusing primarily on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In this role, you will shape the website experience for 28 brands, driving the development and optimization of web components, templates, and content strategies that maximize customer engagement and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

  • Product Ownership: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for web platforms, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Roadmap Development: Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Epics and Development Guidance: Write clear, actionable JIRA Epics to guide development teams in creating web components and templates.
  • Performance Optimization: Lead the migration and optimization of web content to ensure best practices and high-performing web experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and design teams to implement personalization and dynamic content strategies using AEM’s capabilities.
  • Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration of AEM with other Adobe products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze website performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on user data and feedback.
Qualifications:

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, or Business).
  • 5+ years of Product Ownership experience with a focus on website technologies, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong understanding of web development, SEO, and performance optimization best practices.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar MarTech tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present ideas effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Adobe certification in AEM or related Adobe products.
  • Experience with personalization strategies and A/B testing using Adobe Target.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as they relate to AEM.
