Job description

Responsible for the payer enrollment and revalidation processes for clinicians of Netsmart clients.

Responsibilities

  • Complete timely provider enrollment and revalidation process; monitor enrollment status and perform all follow-up actions as needed. 

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries on enrollment statuses 

  • Maintain provider documents, licenses, directories, files, and enrollments in all applicable locations 

  • Track provider license, certification, DEA and professional liability expiration dates to ensure timely renewals 

  • Work with complex or first-of-a-kind clients to complete provider enrollment 

  • Train and provide knowledge transfer to other associates 

  • Assist in auditing of payer rosters and enrollment statuses 

Qualifications
Required

  • High school diploma, GED  

  • At least 3 years provider enrollment experience 

  • Proficiency with CAQH and in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook 

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 

  • Active Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification
