The Opportunity
The Customer Relations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes from the system or service provided by Landmark Solutions. You will work to maintain a strong and positive relationship with the customers to ensure that the customers will stay with us and extend their service provisions via upselling.

To be successful as the Customer Relations Manager, you will be someone who prides themselves on excellent customer service and ability to solve complex problems. You will have proven experience in a customer facing, delivery management role and be able to demonstrate root cause investigation and determination.

This is a new role within our Solution’s business which is focused on providing Government agencies and commercial entities, larger, platform, GIS based solutions to meet environmental or climate related opportunities. The business works directly with the customer to capture requirements and provide solutions and lifecycle management as required. The business operates across multiple GTM channels.
