Job Title: Finance and Accounts Administrator

Location: UK-only Remote (Manchester/Stockport area)

At Pip Decks, we are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Finance and Accounts Administrator to join our team. Working closely with our CFO, you will help ensure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a part-time role, with the flexibility for non-linear hours that suit your lifestyle, with potential to go full-time depending on workload.

Responsibilities include:

Manage purchase orders for both stock and non-stock items.

Track and report on marketplace warehouse transfers.

Maintain cost price of stock in web store reporting.

Match invoices to purchase orders and validate stock deliveries.

Confirm invoices against purchase orders before payment.

Raise sales invoices.

Manage royalty tracking, reporting, and invoicing.

Administer staff/HR tasks including onboarding and offboarding, handling leave requests, etc.

Prepare weekly payment runs for CEO approval.

Manage supplier contracts and provide related reports.

Perform bank reconciliations.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Undertake additional bookkeeping duties as required.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with ecommerce / retail business models
A highly organised and process-driven approach to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud software.
Comfortable with remote working.
AAT certification or working towards it (desirable).
Experience with Xero (desirable).

Proactive with a strong ability to self-manage and take ownership of key tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company.
Comfortable working in a remote, async environment.
