About The Job
Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. This is a client facing Consultant/Develoepr position which requires you to utilize your communication skills in Japanese and English.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with clients to understand their requirements (required travel to client site)
- Design analysis and design document preparation
- Software development & delivery
- Product implementation & technical support
- Working with different internal stakeholders in Oracle
- Working with bank and partners for delivery of Oracle deliverables
About You
- Final year BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and/or Management Information Systems
- Current students must complete their studies prior to starting with Oracle in April 2026
- Exposure to or working knowledge of any of the following areas:
- Java and JavaScript programming
- Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Webservices
- Good knowledge of config, design and development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Sound knowledge on SDLC
- Able to work onsite with client & Oracle Tokyo office

Responsibilities
As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
