Qualifications:

A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a CPA is a MUST
Have at least two years of applicable experience
Has proven skills to artfully handle bookkeeping, payroll, bank reconciliations, data entry, monthly financial statements, and other bookkeeping duties.
Must have an experience with Quickbooks and NetSuite ERP/accounting tools.
Comfort with all technology. The nature of working remotely means we lean toward digital tools and are far (far) away from printing out all the things.
Has a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Must be extremely team-oriented, tech-savvy, collaborative, teamwork, and fast learner.
Excellent communication skills. To us, this means being able to clearly and tactfully deliver feedback to a peer, advise a business owner, and throw ideas into the ring. It also means knowing when to listen and what to listen for.
