Job description

  • Accurately input sales data into company databases, ensuring all entries are correct and up-to-date.
  • Process orders on time by transcribing and entering order details, verifying product availability, and ensuring proper documentation is provided.
  • Organize both physical and electronic files related to orders, shipments, and customer information. Ensure that files are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
  •  Convert sales orders received through various sources (e.g., email, phone, online portals) into digital formats, ensuring no errors in the transcription process.
  • Provide support for logistical tasks as needed, such as coordinating with warehouses, tracking shipments, and assisting in the inventory management process.
