Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)

Mon - Fri 8 AM- 5 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break



Job Description for Sales/Appointment Setting Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and SMS
  • Introduce and discuss service offerings with prospects
  • Handle initial objections and address questions from potential clients
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting a must
  • Can do sales close
  • B2B experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling with enthusiasm and persistence
  • Strong listening skills and ability to identify client needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Scope:

  • Focus on multiple campaigns, including environmental services, electric vehicle chargers, and other assigned projects
  • Adapt sales approach to suit different industries and client types
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Continuously learn about new products and services to improve pitch effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the lead generation team to provide feedback on lead quality
