Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant / Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin in our video production and social media marketing operations. You’ll orchestrate video shoots, manage content workflows, and ensure our gym clients receive top-notch marketing materials that attract and retain members. This role offers a unique blend of creative oversight and project management, allowing you to shape marketing strategies while honing your skills in client communication and digital content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate video shoot schedules with gym clients, ensuring smooth production days
  • Manage post-production workflows, including quality checks and feedback to editors
  • Curate and schedule social media content across various platforms
  • Assist in crafting compelling client proposals and performance reports
  • Liaise between clients, the creative team, and management to ensure project success
  • Utilize Go High Level CRM to streamline project and client management processes
  • Support lead generation efforts through Meta ad campaign coordination
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
  • Strong organizational prowess and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies
  • Basic understanding of video production processes and quality standards
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to align with Australian business hours
  • Passion for fitness and wellness industries is a plus
