What We Do
The Talent Development Consultant will oversee and enhance key initiatives, including new hire onboarding, student programs, leadership development, and other talent development projects. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating exceptional learning and development experiences and a proven ability to manage multiple programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver programs that align with Fidelity’s strategic objectives and enhance employee growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Design and refine onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into Fidelity’s culture and values.
Create engaging learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences, leveraging innovative tools and methodologies.
Lead end-to-end program management, including planning, logistics, facilitation, and evaluation.
Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure programs align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including vendors, universities, and community organizations.
Provide support to program participants to enhance their learning and career development.
Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and alignment with business goals.
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development.
Identify opportunities for innovation and scalability across Fidelity’s learning and development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in talent development, program management, or a related role, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
