Job Description
Territory Deployment Lead (TDL) will leverage local insights to design and implement a strategy aimed at building a robust pipeline of highly skilled sales producers for the market they support while levering strong sales skill to act as a bridge between local sales talent pools and deployment strategy partners. TDLs will build complex strategies that maximize our ability to attract passive expert level sales talent to Allstate’s differentiated contractor and employee sales opportunities utilizing local expertise about the market. TDLs will use personal and professional networks within the region to promote the opportunity and expand awareness reach while engaging with potential candidates and encouraging them to explore the opportunities Allstate has.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect candidates and complete intake information to successfully track activity data of lead flow.
- Develop subject matter expertise and remain current on new recruiting techniques in order to respond appropriately to roles and opportunity changes in the marketplace.
- Research and understand competition to fully demonstrate what sets our roles apart from competitors.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of specific company roles to portray confidence and credibility to candidates while matching their career passions to convey Allstate as the best choice.
- Track any and all data necessary to capture activity and results through Microsoft products such as dynamics, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, and teams.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience in order to exceed hiring targets and performance goals.
- Have a sales attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to own the territory in attracting and selling highly qualified candidates while answering candidate questions thoroughly to provide an exceptional candidate experience and create excitement of our sales roles.
- Work independently to gather and pursue candidates throughout their assigned territory, and within budget while attending and hosting events to capture attention of community partners to increase referrals in and around targeted communities.
- Extend outreach within the territory businesses through closely networked individuals within communities and develop key processes to initiate candidate contact, and follow up, to drive increased highly qualified candidate flow.
- Manage social media accounts to prospect, source, and recruit, while remaining in compliance and leveraging tools such as Hearsay Social.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- College degree preferred
- 3+ years in sales leadership and/or recruiting role
- Research experience regarding competitive intelligence a plus
- Understanding of unique rules and regulations related to insurance
- Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently & as a team
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of multiple sales roles
- Develop subject matter expertise and remain current on recruiting techniques to respond appropriately to roles and changes in the assigned territory area
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Property/Casualty & Life/Health preferred but not required.

- Manage multiple priorities in a high volume and fast-paced environment

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $78,600.00 - 142,275.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
