What You Will Do:

The Associate Director, Technical Implementations & Project Management will be responsible for working collaboratively with the GMS practice to support and lead the implementation of our technology solutions through effective project management practices, manage the documentation of solution integration paths and help to establish on-going governance for use and value creation for our solutions and products.

Management of Product and Solution Implementation & Integrations

The Product and Technology platform consists of a combination of proprietarily developed technology and partner technologies that improve operations performance, drive efficiencies, control costs, and enhance service quality in a constantly changing and increasingly competitive marketplace. This role will establish a project management protocol and implementation rigor structure in close collaboration with the SVP of Delivery Operations and the Technology Build Team. The role will be responsible for implementing technology and integrating the solutions to support the strategy, related ROIs, budgets and investments for technology.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manages the implementation of the Guidehouse Managed Services technologies and solutions

  • Coordinates with Guidehouse Managed Services Operations leaders, Guidehouse Technology Team and Technical Operations to drive improvements in the service delivery and financial performance of our clients through the deployment of state-of-the-art technologies and automations.

  • Establishes and executes project management protocols in Guidehouse Managed Services technology & solutions implementations.

  • Provides strategic support regarding technology integration and value creation for Guidehouse Managed Services solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define, articulate, and execute the implementation/integration of technologies and solutions for Guidehouse Managed Services

  • Manage support functions related to proprietary technology solutions

  • Maintain a conceptual understanding of the direction of Guidehouse Managed Services Operations and the needs of our customers.

  • Document and incorporate performance requirements and success criteria for the Company’s key technology & solution investments. 

  • Document and support the development of goals, strategies, and plans needed to achieve Implementation goals.

  • Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies that will result in opportunities or challenges for the company.


What You Will Need:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience. (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree).

  • Experience in operations, technology, administrative or healthcare leadership position.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Project Management experience strongly preferred.

  • PMO experience with emphasis in healthcare strongly preferred

  • Technology product design, development, testing, and delivery experience.

  • Experience in managing technology product maintenance and customer support.

  • A broad understanding of the health care field and related processes is beneficial, however, similar experience in other business fields will also be considered favorably.

  • Strong leadership skills within the project team and in the business community.

  • Ability to aid in the establishment and articulation of implantation visions, set goals, and support the development & execution of defined strategies.track and measure results.

  • Ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectations.

  • Strong negotiating and consensus building abilities.

  • Ability to be accountable, take ownership and always support the interests of Guidehouse Managed Services.

    The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
