Who We Are Looking For:
We're looking for a hands-on and results-driven program manager who is passionate about driving change and improving health outcomes for our members. As a key member of our team, you'll drive program operations and oversee a portfolio of initiatives that address the social drivers of health to ensure equitable access to care.

The Health Equity Program Manager would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred), and 5+ years’ experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry. Experience in health plans and social drivers of health preferred. May have equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Health Equity Program Manager II would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred), and 8+ years’ experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry. Experience in health plans and social drivers of health preferred. May have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with all levels of the organization to drive solutions and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Project Management: Proficiency in managing high-profile projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting barriers to program deliverables.
Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and situations, learn quickly, and create options, recommendations, and action plans.
Process Management: Experience in defining, developing, managing, and reporting on processes and metrics independently.
Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to accomplish results through others by establishing relationships, effective controls, and monitoring processes, and partner effectively with external partners/vendors.
Communication and Facilitation: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and effectively lead and engage internal teams.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Program Planning and Development: Works closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively manages internal/external stakeholder relationships to ensure the focused pursuit of desired outcomes.
Program and Project Team Management: Manages teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives or workstreams to ensure program goals are reached.
Education and Training: Educates and trains leadership, staff, business associates, and other stakeholders on new program elements, processes, and implementation.
Program Monitoring and Assessment: Maintains a system for ongoing data/statistical reporting and program assessment and develops and communicates program documents and project plans.
Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborates with internal program leaders, senior management, and cross-functional managers/directors to develop program monitoring and assessment protocols and uses data and market intelligence to identify opportunities and develop business cases.
Strategic Leadership: Provides objective assessments of existing programs, identifies opportunities for changes, and influences initiatives to drive innovative solutions, with the ability to independently lead and develop clinical strategies and plans.
The expected hiring range for a Health Equity Program Manager I is $91,000 - $123,100 and the Health Equity Program Manager II is $109,700 - $148,400 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for either position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is Health Equity Program Manager I is $85,000 - $140,000 and the Health Equity Program Manager II is $103,000 - $168,000.
