Job description

Sales Specialist
 
Responsible for promotion and sales of the medical products portfolio in identify accounts/clients following established procedure and guidelines in assigned geographic area, to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing customers.

Responsible for the direct sales process.

What You Will Do
  • Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer/account according to GTM guidelines (customer categorisation).
  • Monitor and adapt sales activities on regular basis so that objectives are met.
  • Visit existing customers and prospects according to GTM guidelines and existing sales processes.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Conduct appropriate training/consultancy.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.
  • Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
  • Properly report visits and activities using Essity’s CRM system.

Who You Are

• Healthcare professional, Nurse or Business Administration.

• 1-2 years of experience in hospital sales.

 Proven project and product management skills.

 Strong ability to collaborate with local teams and influence others.

 Experience with CRM (desirable)
