Role Overview:

The company is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join the team and take on challenging projects with a high level of independence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Node.js , Typescript, Mongo DB and Firebase Docker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and offerings.
• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to enhance the functionality and intelligence of our web applications and software solutions.
• Explore and implement AI-driven features to improve user experience, automate processes, and provide intelligent insights.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and Back-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js , Typescript, Mongo DB and Firebase Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• The developer has to have self management skills and should be capable of solving problems on their own without the need of neither support nor supervision.
