Summary:
Positions in this job family are responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This job family includes Direct, Indirect and Overlay Account Management where:
Direct sales focuses on selling organizational products or services directly to new accounts or expanding upon existing accounts.
Indirect sales is responsible for selling the firm's products to retail and distribution partners in order to sell the organization's products to end-users.
Account Management Overlay is responsible for supporting the sale of a limited number of the organization's complex technical products and/or services to a specified set of strategic accounts.
Activities include:
- Coaching and Consultative Sales Management within team and customer/prospect ecosystem
- Driving Green Field Strategies within the team and peer counterpart teams (BDR, Marketing, Channel etc)
- Forecasting and Strategic qualification via MEDDPICC
- Managing the relationship between the organization and its customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions;
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions;
- Understanding their client segment (i.e., industry, company size and type, geography) and developing medium to long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers;
- Specializing in a specific aspect or function of the product and selling it's functionality to customers;
- Conducting face-to-face and remote overlay sales to existing customers.
Expectations for this job profile are typically as follows:
- Manage a subfunctional and/or geography-specific business area that is typically made of more than 1 sub-teams.
- Work with initiatives and problems that often span and have impact across their sub-teams and adjacent teams.
- Interact with senior management to discuss high importance issues.
- Direct team activities through subordinate managers towards organizational and functional/geography-specific goals.
EXAMPLES
• 4+ years of Management Experience
• Deep understanding of coaching to greenfield and expansion sales motion
• Demonstrated sophisticated skills in business modeling and valuation
• Experience in conducting and coordinating financial and legal due diligence
• Expertise leading and selling in the Enterprise Segment with additional acceleration with acquisition sales and focus within Healthcare sector
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$148,200.00 - $275,200.00
