Job description

Company Profile:

Our client is a UK-based MSP dedicated to the M365 ecosystem and helping global SMB’s achieve high returns from their investment. Demonstrating 20% annual growth with leads generated from their high profile YouTube channel the firm requires additional members of their existing team in the Philippines to support their busy UK helpdesk and provide extended hours to cover their global clients. 

As a Mid-Level Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will leverage your strong technical knowledge and expertise in Microsoft 365 to guide the solutioning and implementation process for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to clients across all aspects of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Conditional Access
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows 11 operating systems as needed
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively, minimizing disruptions to clients' operations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that align with their requirements
  • Stay updated on Microsoft 365 developments and best practices to ensure services remain innovative and competitive

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 in a support role
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts

Advantageous skills or nice-to-have:

  • Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
  • Preferably with experience in cloud computing, networking, servers, infrastructure, and related areas
  • Knowledge and experience with Azure cloud platform

Benefits

Location:

Permanent Work-From-Home Setup – Initially with a view to opening a Manilla Office in 2025 with requirement to attend on an agreed rota.

Working hours / Job Type:

  • Monday to Friday, Dayshift or Mid-shift Manila time (8 core working hours) and with flexibility to work across different time zones is required.
  • Current team cover UK time 7/8am – 3/4pm, preferred to cover UK Time 12pm – 8pm    

*During the onboarding phase, working hours need to align more closely with UK hours over a period of 3-5 weeks.
