About the Role: Canon USA is seeking a Display Graphics Sales Consultant (Consultant, Sales). The Display Graphics Sales Consultant is a critical role within our Display Graphics division, responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting dealer partners to grow market share in the large-format printing industry. This individual serves as a brand ambassador, representing industry-leading products like Canon Colorado and Arizona printers.   This position is full time and is considered virtual. The office will be open 5 days a week; however you will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need.  Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs. Your Impact: Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities and develop strategic direction from market information. Works with Account Executives on the development of strategic product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales. Identifies volume and strategic customers, and develops partnerships. Attends trade shows and provides pre/post sales support. Trains Account Executives and/or dealers on products/solutions. Provides specialized advice to customers in order to aid decision-making. A fully qualified, seasoned professional with a full understanding of the job role who works on more complicated issues facing the department. Receives general instruction from manager on new assignments but little to no direction in day-to-day work. Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager, and may mentor or supervise one or two junior professional staff.   Additional Responsibilities   - Sales Growth & Account Management: - Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets within assigned dealer accounts - Identify new opportunities and nurture existing dealer and customer relationships to drive product adoption. - Dealer Enablement: - Partner with dealers to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness through training, demonstrations, and joint sales calls. - Assist dealers in positioning Canon Display Graphics solutions to meet the needs of end customers. - Customer Engagement: - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and value of Canon Display Graphics solutions. - Provide technical insights and solutions for customers in various industries, including retail, signage, architecture, manufacturing and many more. - Market Analysis: - Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. - Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance product positioning and dealer support materials. - Collaboration & Reporting: - Work closely with the internal Display Graphics and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, account plans, and market data in CRM systems (Salesforce.com). About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience - 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the large-format printing, display graphics, or related industries - Familiarity with large-format printing solutions, workflows, and applications is a plus - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to present complex solutions in an accessible manner - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to team objectives - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with dealers and customers - Travel of over 75% or more weekly overnight travel, including driving and/or flying for company business is expected for this position - This position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city/airport and requires overnight travel - Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the position - This position requires driving, therefore a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies   The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.   In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $69,300 - $103,770 annually.
