Role Overview

As a Working Student Community Growth at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for growing our student community by empowering our existing students to become ambassadors of our mission. Your role is crucial in taking our community to the next level.

You’ll build strong relationships with our inspiring learners all across DACH and Europe, set up and lead impactful initiatives, and help make referrals a core growth channel for us while building an amazing network for yourself! Win-win!

What you’ll do:

• Referral Strategy Development: Planning and developing referral programs that align with ToU goals and the needs of the target audience
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage programs, coordinating the design and delivery phase end-to-end
• Analysis, Tracking, and Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of programs using metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, etc. to optimize programs
• Trend Monitoring: Regularly analyzing current referral trends to create relevant and innovative programs
• Community Management: Interacting with the target audience to build a loyal community and respond to feedback
