About Our Client

What You'll Do

📁 Organize Digital Files and Documents: Keep all digital files and documents well-organized and up to date, so they are easy to find and use.

🗓️ Manage Calendars and Schedules: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines for the founder, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

📧 Handle Emails and Communication: Manage the founder's email inbox, respond to messages promptly, and draft emails as needed.

 Assist with Personal and Business Tasks: Help with various tasks like booking travel arrangements, managing expenses, and scheduling personal appointments.

📊 Prepare Reports and Presentations : Gather information, create documents, and prepare presentations for meetings or projects.

🔍 Conduct Research: Find and organize information on different topics to help the founder make informed decisions.

📝 Support Small Projects : Assist in planning and tracking progress on small projects, keeping an eye on deadlines.

💻 Use Software Tools:  Utilize tools like Chatgpt, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management apps to improve efficiency.

  • 💬 You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowing some French is a plus but not required.
