Relationship Manager
I. JOB SUMMARY:
The West Town Payments Relationship Manager role focuses on cultivating strong business relationships with ISO agents, ensuring their success, and driving productivity, working with both business development and sales. The role supports ISO agents, optimizes performance, and develops relationship strategies that align with organizational goals while delivering top-tier customer service. This is a remote position.
II. JOB DUTIES:
• Serve as the primary contact for ISO agents, providing responsive and effective support for onboarding, underwriting, and compliance.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with ISO agents to foster loyalty and achieve productivity targets.
• Monitor and address agent inquiries, billing issues, and documentation exceptions promptly.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to align ISO agent success strategies with broader business initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs for ISO agents to enhance their ability to sell West Town Payments solutions effectively.
• Track ISO agent performance using CRM tools, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with ISO agents, ensuring alignment on company goals, product updates, and compliance standards.
• Collect feedback from ISO agents to improve product offerings and enhance service delivery.
• Represent West Town Payments at industry events and meetings to strengthen relationships with ISO partners and develop new business opportunities.
• Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: BA/BS in a related field to merchant payments industry. Candidates with associate's degree with exemplary experience in the related field of merchant payments industry also considered.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in revenue generation, client acquisition, and account retention. Prior merchant processing experience preferred..

Measured by ability to effectively service portfolio and perform job duties accurately and in a timely manner.
