The Subcontract Administrator will oversee the full subcontract lifecycle, supporting our federal contracts from initiation through closeout. This role will involve coordination with contract administrators and project teams, handling subcontract negotiation, administration, and compliance. Job Description: Manage end-to-end subcontract administration primarily for federal government contracts, from solicitation to closeoutReview and evaluate subcontractor proposals, ensure completeness of required documentation, and manage approvalsSupport proposal efforts, including negotiating teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Partnering with technical, contracts, and proposal staff to coordinate subcontractor proposal inputMaintain organized, accurate documentation and tracking tools for efficient file management and audit readinessConduct research and gather contract-related data for audits and other government reporting requirementsImplement and adhere to company purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the contract lifecycleQualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in federal subcontract administration, with a focus on the acquisition of professional servicesFamiliarity with GSA Multiple Award Schedules (especially professional services), U.S. EPA contracting, and/or DoD contracting is a plusExperience independently preparing and negotiating subcontract agreementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe, with the ability to maintain organized, detailed recordsWorking knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and client relationsERG offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, a generous 401k plan, profit sharing, an EAP, 11-20 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, 56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro-rated for part-time) and more.
