Power Platform Tech Lead

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. 🛠️
• Strong front-end development skills with React. 🌐
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and services. 🔄
• Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies, such as jQuery. 💻
• Knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms, preferably Azure. ☁️
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design end-to-end technical solutions. ⚡
• Advanced English communication skills, especially in asynchronous settings. 🗨️
• Experience implementing best practices for version control, code reviews, secure development, and DevOps processes. 🔧
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability principles. 🔍
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies. 🚀

• Certification in Power Platform or related technologies. 🎓
• Knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs. 🌐
• Experience with lean development practices. 📈

• Lead and assist in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions. 🔄
• Guide a development team in breaking down high-level solutions into actionable technical tasks. 📊
• Review code and provide mentorship to engineers on architecture, functionality, and maintainability. 🛠️
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. 🤝
• Promote simplicity and adherence to standards while avoiding over-engineering. 🎯
• Take ownership of technical discovery, design, and communication of complex solutions. 💡
• Define detailed execution plans for junior engineers and ensure project delivery meets timelines and quality expectations. ⏱️
