The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As a Senior Functional Consultant – D365, you’ll be a pivotal part of our global Finance Systems Support team, leading the functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365). Working closely with business stakeholders, you’ll drive product improvements and optimise D365 to enhance consistency, productivity, and efficiency across Intrepid’s global finance systems community.

With your expertise, you’ll help implement best-practice D365 solutions, handle incident management, and conduct proactive monitoring to ensure seamless integration. You’ll also provide specialised, in-house level 3 product support within the Finance Systems Support team and lead on the D365 roadmap.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our New Delhi, India office, with the opportunity to work from home occasionally to enhance your work experience and flexibility.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

• A degree in Information Systems or Accounting
• 7+ years as a Functional Consultant, ideally across different clients or organisations, with experience in ERP system support
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including direct experience in configuration and proven success in solving complex issues
• A track record of successfully configuring D365 and contributing to at least two D365 implementations
• Certifications such as MB-300 and MB-310 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Functional Consultant Associate)
• Experience working within an organisation in a support function, providing in-house expertise on product development and optimisation
• The hands-on nature of the role requires a mindset beyond traditional consulting structures, encompassing BA, PM, data, and functional tasks.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with application support models, ideally within the finance domain
• Techno-functional or Solution expertise (Certifications: MB-700 and MB-500 are a plus)
