  • Transform inquiries into confirmed bookings, aiming to secure 5-10 new jobs each week
  • Provide top-notch customer service by managing expectations, confirming appointments, and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Conduct pre-move confirmation calls to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Handle initial customer inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to refine sales strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve our sales process and customer experience
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a service-based industry
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a talent for turning customer concerns into positive outcomes
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and comfort with digital tools
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while making multiple phone calls throughout the day
  • Strong time management skills and capability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Adaptability and eagerness to grow with a rapidly expanding business
  • Ability to work in the Brisbane, Australia time zone
