This is a remote position.


Job Highlights:
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Monday to Friday - Flexible Hours / 20 Hours per week

Client location or time zone: Hongkong - HKT

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-spectrum executive and administrative support to the director.
  • Manage office operations, including administration, accounting support, and expenses reporting.
  • Maintain an organized office filing system and handle business correspondence.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and manage confidential documents.
  • Offer proactive diary management, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
  • Skills: Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and other daily document applications. Experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Creative / design background is a must
  • Attributes: Well organized, hardworking, agile, with a friendly attitude.
  • Availability: Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Mac computer is required
