About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic and demanding executive team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you’ll do

  • Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and efficient scheduling.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including email management, document preparation, and expense reports.

  • Executive Support: Provide executive support, such as research, report writing, and presentation preparation.

  • Project Management: Manage and oversee projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion, coordinating with team members and stakeholders.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Manage client inquiries and stakeholder communications, responding to requests promptly and providing timely updates, maintaining strong relationships.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring clear and concise messaging.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters, handling sensitive information with the utmost care.

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within our target market, focusing on service-based businesses that align with our client's profile and offerings.

  • Outreach Management: Conduct consistent outreach to prospects using approved scripts and guidelines, nurturing leads through regular follow-up communications.

  • System Maintenance: Maintain and optimise outreach systems, tools, and CRM platforms to ensure accurate lead tracking and effective follow-up strategies.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and organise appointments for management to conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-up meetings.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach efforts, track key metrics, and report progress to the executive team, offering insights on potential improvements and strategies for better conversion rates.
