Overview
The 'Business Operations Manager, Strategic Partners' aids Adobe's Technology Partner Ecosystem. You will collaborate with Adobe’s biggest Technology Partners and other Adobe teams, launching new GTM programs and improving existing ones aligned with our business goals and strategies.

Responsibilities
This crucial role within the Strategic Partnerships team focuses on preparing and empowering our strategic partners. This influential and visible position involves building strong business connections that contribute to business outcomes and support Adobe's success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities for improving existing programs and processes, using data and a deep understanding of our Partners’ workflows to accelerate time-to-value with partner motions.
- Co-Develop new GTM programs with strategic partners, working closely with x-functional stakeholders in business model strategy, product marketing, sales operations, finance and legal functions.
- Manage Partner Performance through Rhythm of Business engagement with partners, evolving performance accountability including improvement plans, and adoption of partner motion by Adobe's field teams.
- Boost Partner Readiness by ensuring new partners' preparedness for the deployment of GTM processes.
- Represent the voice of the partner across multiple departments within Adobe. Ensure partner challenges are captured and resolved with speed & quality.
- Collaborate across multiple internal teams to drive new/improved operational capabilities, making it easier to do business with Adobe.
- Assist in resolving blocking issues between key Partners and Adobe collaborators as needed.
- Work with internal teams to understand roadmap deliverables and develop plans to integrate into the Partner business model.
- Identify and employ standard processes across Adobe to drive seamless experiences for our partners.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field (Operations, Accounting, Finance, or IT) or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with business process management tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and ZenDesk.
- Strategic relationship management skills and experience.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems by applying knowledge and judgment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions, both internally and externally.
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects effectively under continual deadline constraints.
- Proven project and process management skills with the ability to own planning, scheduling, and coordinating.
- Ability to maintain a positive and productive attitude in the face of frequently changing dynamics, adapting and course-correcting quickly.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,200 -- $187,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
