About the role
As a Freight Office Clerk, you will be responsible for debriefing TGE Drivers, ensuring paperwork has been completed correctly, creating manifests and checking compliance. You will also be processing proof of deliveries (POD’s) and assisting Revenue Controllers with RPS.
This opening is for our Team at Karawatha on Brisbane’s Southside immediately.
This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity
The working hours are from 6pm to 2am, Monday to Friday
Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks
Daily manifesting and auditing requirements
Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner
Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required
Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis
