The following challenges await you:
• Hire and train sales in collaboration with HR, VP of Sales, Clinical, Sales Training Manager and other appropriate departments.
• Oversee sales team of up to 4-6 area managers.
• Create sales goals for sales representatives in alignment with VP of Sales.
• Develop and implement regular, at the beginning monthly, reviews to ensure representatives are meeting or exceeding targets.
• Drive revenue growth.
• Implement sales strategy. 
• Manage sales budgets.

 

Your Profile:
• BS/BA in related discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in wound care field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions
• Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry
• 1-3 years in Sales leadership roles
• Experience with skin substitutes preferred. 
• Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies.
• Ability to influence others to achieve desired results using tenacity and diplomacy.
• Organized, flexible, and able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
