Your role in our mission
Project Management:
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives, ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Identify possible project risks; recommend and implement risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate
- Perform other duties as required

Operational Excellence:
- Identify and execute against performance improvement opportunities across the enterprise using contemporary process improvement tools
- Demonstrates experience in applying contemporary improvement techniques and producing results
- Assesses current business performance against enterprise’s business strategy
- Works with multiple teams of business practitioners to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations, and lead execution of initiatives
- Collaborates with customers and suppliers on improvement projects
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or technical discipline
- 3-8 years of experience in project management and/or process improvement with proven ability to lead change through both direct and indirect influencing abilities
- 3-8 years of experience working with project management methodologies and tools and leading largescale projects, such as project planning, control and assurance methodologies, and project management software
- 3-8 years of experience working with lean six sigma methodologies and tools and leading process improvement projects, such as waste identification and removal, defect (variation) identification and removal, value stream mapping, process mapping mistake proofing, hypothesis testing, statistical process control, and visual management
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education and/or training related to the above essential functions
- Certifications in lean six sigma, project management, and/or quality
- 8+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement with proven ability to lead change through both direct and indirect influencing abilities
- 8+ years of experience working with project management methodologies and tools and leading largescale projects, such as project planning, control and assurance methodologies, and project management software
- 8+ years of experience working with lean six sigma methodologies and tools and leading process improvement projects, such as waste identification and removal, defect (variation) identification and removal, value stream mapping, process mapping mistake proofing, hypothesis testing, statistical process control, and visual management
- Experience working within a software / technology company
- Data driven with strong analytical skills

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
