JOB SUMMARY:

RafterOne is searching for a sharp, motivated MuleSoft & Salesforce expert to join our team as a Senior Integration Developer. In this role, you’ll build integrations according to design and specifications as written by our Integration Architects, conduct thorough unit and end-to-end testing, work with the client throughout UAT, follow SDLC to solve complex problems and deliver best practice Salesforce and Integration implementations as well as enhancements to clients 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build integration solutions from design documentation provided by the Integration Architect.
• Provide feedback to the Integration Architects on designs and any potential issues from the design provided.
• Collaborate with the Integration Architects on custom solutions.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues & provide professional documentation of potential solutions.
• Design and execute detailed test plans to ensure highest possible quality of deliverables.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven ability to build and optimize integration solutions.
• 3+ years of experience integrating with Salesforce required. Exposure to multiple salesforce.com instances preferred.
• Must be experienced and certified in MuleSoft – at minimum, hold the MuleSoft Certified Developer certification. Must have 2+ years of experience with MuleSoft development.
• Preference given to those with experience (2+ years) in either of the following integration tools: Boomi or Workato.
• Additional platform certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and testing skills.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

• Skilled at providing written communication and solution proposals.
• Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.
• Experience with Jira, source code controls systems (such as Bit Bucket or Git Hub), Postman, and logging tools such as Splunk or Kafka preferred.
