Position Overview: We are in search of a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Expert with a strong design background and a knack for building brands from the ground up. The ideal candidate will manage our website, spearhead our social media campaigns, and drive our marketing efforts through SEO, Google Ads, and aesthetically pleasing designs.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to effectively communicate our brand’s message and engage with our target audience, in collaboration with the Partners.
- Oversee the management and building of our website, including adding industry-specific landing pages, to drive conversion and offer a seamless user experience.
- Design and implement creative advertising campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for SEO and Google Ads performance.
- Craft and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation and analysis of campaign effectiveness.
- Produce compelling content for our website, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
- Drive brand creation and recognition, understanding the nuances of marketing and how to apply them to our business.
- Ensure the design aesthetic is consistent with a high-end brand across all mediums (website, logo, client ads, candidate ads, marketing collateral, internal communications, etc.)


Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a virtual staffing or BPO setting.
- Strong background in design and the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials from scratch.
- Proficiency in website creation, including design and development aspects, preferably with connections to experts in design and development.
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Exceptional skills in content writing, particularly for email marketing and social media.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to understand and develop a brand’s marketing strategy.
