$103,331 - $139,803

Lead the Business Manager team and manage key planning and implementation activities across FCC. You’ll ensure the consistent execution of corporate strategy across divisions and ensure all targets and reports are completed in a timely manner. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Business Manager team, including recruitment, workload management and establishing performance objectives
  • Mentor team on processes and continuous improvement
  • Lead and support the execution of FCC strategy, including monitoring the execution of tactical plans across divisions
  • Review and analyze plan implementation and make recommendations for enhancements
  • Support communications and change management activities
  • Lead and maintain national processes, procedures and business continuity
