We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Compensation Analyst to conduct market analysis to design competitive salary structures, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. This role will collaborate with HR and business leaders, support the annual compensation cycle, and continuously improve compensation processes for efficiency and alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will be based in the CET time zone (+/- 1 hour). This position reports directly to our Total Rewards Manager. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to design competitive salary structures that align with company goals and market standards. Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Job Architecture Development: Assist in creating and maintaining a structured job architecture, including job families, levels, and titles, to ensure clarity and consistency across the organisation.
  • Survey Submission and Insights: Submit compensation data to industry surveys, analyse results, and apply insights to refine pay practices and budget forecasting.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Alignment: Support the preparation for EU Pay Transparency regulations, ensuring compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements by 2026.
  • Annual Compensation Cycle: Collaborate on managing salary review and bonus assessments as part of the annual Total Rewards cycle.
  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, providing clear and comprehensive explanations of pay structures and policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to implement compensation strategies that support organisational goals and talent management plans.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance compensation processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

What You Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role.
  • Strong expertise in compensation structures, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local and global labour laws and compliance requirements such as EU Pay Transparency.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage complex projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification is preferred but optional.
