Job Title: Operations Coordinator - LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as a liaison between clients and engineers, manage internal project processes, and maintain accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with project management tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Contractor agrees to perform the following tasks and responsibilities as part of their role as Operations Coordinator:

  1. Project Management Support to Departments:
    • Provide support to different departments to achieve their operational goals
    • Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities and projects
  2. Program & Process Improvement Initiatives:
    • Assist in developing and executing operational plans and procedures
    • Competitor Analysis to identify opportunities to improve programs
  3. Schedule and Logistics Management:
    • Coordinate and manage schedules
    • Organize and oversee logistics for various operations and activities
  4. Administrative Tasks and Communication:
    • Handle various administrative data entry tasks
    • Create meeting agendas, action plans, proposals, presentations, client summaries, and other documentation
    • Facilitate effective communication between all departments and stakeholders.
    • Assist in keeping partner portals up-to-date

Qualifications:

The Contractor should possess the following qualifications to effectively perform the scope of work:

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in an operations role is preferred

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Zapier/Make.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
  • Based in Africa or Latin America for non-Eurasia time zone coverage.
