About this role

We are seeking a gifted and talented Account Executive—LATAM to join our Mexico office (Polanco) and play a significant role in our expansion to the LATAM region.

This role involves self-prospection, engaging qualified prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that suits high-energy and smart salespeople.

Your mission @ Aircall
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospection to closing
  • Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment
  • Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to medium businessesEducate prospects through complex sales cycles to generate excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders
  • Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications

  • A little more about you
  • Previous sales experience is mandatory with knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus
  • Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, SalesLoft
  • A proactive, driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end-to-end ownership for quota attainment
  • Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your pipeline
  • Demonstrable organizational and time management skills
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals, build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better!
