We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our international team, which currently includes both Inbound and Outbound professionals: SDRs, AEs, and a Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to shaping our sales processes and sharing your expertise with team members. We are looking for someone with a pioneering spirit who excels in outbound sales and has a proven track record in the Midmarket & Enterprise sector.

As a B2B SaaS Senior Account Executive, you will:

  • identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts

  • close deals with a focus on the net revenue added each month

  • be involved in creating processes, playbooks, and best practices for our outbound efforts

  • serve core clients of Tidio with a focus on North America but also Europe or Latam

  • manage upsells in collaboration with the customer success managers

  • create relationships with our top clients and new sign-ups

  • create impactful email and outreach campaigns for your book of business
