Job description

Description

Development Dimensions International, Inc.’s Pittsburgh, PA, office seeks a Data Insight Consultant to establish the Voice of the Customer (VoC) measurement framework and processes that will support product and business strategy. This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States to determine data/technology requirements, survey item development, data analytics, and reporting of feedback data insights to various internal stakeholders. 


This candidate will own both external customer feedback initiatives and the internal employee culture survey. 

They will also collaborate with the Assessment Content R&D team on various scale development and scoring projects.  

Requirements

Must have a PhD degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a directly related field plus one (1) year of experience in a related position.   


Experience must include one (1) year working with: 

  • statistics and advanced research methodology for quantitative and qualitative feedback data
  • conducting data analysis via R and SPSS (EFA, CFA, reliability, correlation, difference of means tests, regression, HLM, SEM, etc.) 
  • developing, validating, and analyze survey items
  • leveraging data consulting experience to share actionable data insights through internal company presentations and creating data interpretation resources
  • project management (e.g., working with various teams, achieving milestones, identifying and resolving obstacles) 
  • contributing to thought leadership and research productivity through professional presentations and company publications.  

 

Salary: The anticipated hiring range for this position is listed below.

Variable Pay: 10%
