We have an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with consumer warranty and lemon law litigation experience to join us in either our Los Angeles (Torrance) location (conveniently located one block off the 405 and 110 freeway) or our Orange County (Costa Mesa) location (directly off the 405 and 55 freeway). When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. This position is hybrid and offers work from home and in-office workdays.

 We are looking for attorneys with the following skills: 

  • JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
  • 3+ years of experience, warranty and lemon law experience preferred
  • Current California Bar admission
  • Understanding of current state and federal procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
